Newborns skin is so new and so sensitive making is super easy to become irritated. There are so many different rashes that you can come across.

Some rashes are normal newborn rashes and others may need some help resolving themselves. Each rash is different and unique and sometimes may bring along other symptoms. 

So, what do you need to do with this?

  • Identify the type of rashes your baby has. If you are ever questioning what is going on with your little ones skin, the first person that you should make a phone call to would be your child's pediatrician. They will be able to give you the low down on what's going on and how to go about treating it .. if you have to treat it at all!

  • Some common newborn rashes are : 

    • Neonatal Acne
    • Heat Rash
    • Cradle Cap
    • 'Flea Bite' Rash (most common of call newborn pimple-like rashes, medical name is Erythema toxicum neonatorum)
    • Milia
